• Annual Ticket Limit: Each participant is limited to 7 tickets per year, either individually or in a 7-ticket pack. This limit applies per player, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance to participate without exceeding their annual limit.
• Group Purchases: Group packs make it easy! If you’re buying a pack to share, simply enter each player’s details in the specified fields. This approach allows friends and family to join in, participate at their own pace, and split the cost, making it more accessible and affordable for everyone. The annual limit of 7 tickets per player still applies, so if a player has already purchased 6 tickets within the past year, they can still be part of a group pack by using just 1 ticket, while the remaining tickets go to other players. This flexible setup lets everyone—whether solo players or groups—enjoy the game on their own terms.
• Ticket Anniversary: Every ticket has a "purchase anniversary." After a full year from the date of purchase, you can buy new packs or individual tickets if you wish. This date is based on the purchase day, not the day the ticket is used.
• Minimum Interval Between Purchases: When buying individual tickets, there’s a minimum interval of 7 days between each purchase. This keeps things fair and balanced for everyone.
• Handling Unreachable Participants: If we can't reach you after three call attempts, we’ll refund your ticket, but it will still count toward your 7-ticket annual limit to prevent misuse.
